Interviews can be a stressful experience. There are a lot of expectations of how to go about the interview and what you should do. And, sometimes it feels like there is a lot of pressure on getting the job because you can’t afford to lose another one. Interviews are typically formal, but if you want to make a good impression, you need to know how to handle yourself in an interview situation.
What is the hack?
Most people wait until the day of their interview to review the company information, but that is too late. It’s always best to do your research in advance. You should also dress appropriately for the type of job. For example, if you are interviewing at a law firm be sure to wear business clothes. Other considerations include bringing copies of your resume and not forgetting any important documents.
You may have had a job interview before that went great. You felt confident, you were prepared, and the interviewer loved you. But there are instances when things go wrong. Maybe you did not prepare enough, the interviewer asked questions you did not expect, or even worse – they asked if there was anything else you wanted to add.

Should you negotiate in an Interview better?
Interviews often involve getting lost in the details of the question asked and forgetting what you want to say. When faced with a difficult question, stop talking and ask for more information about it. This will help you to get a better sense of the person’s expectations and make sure that you answer their question instead of going off on tangents.
